Un Nuage Passe Sur La Feuille

Paroles de « Un Nuage Passe Sur La Feuille »

Intro: drums only

[Percussion: brushed frame drum, dry, one bar alone]

[Percussion: same figure, second bar, a rimless tap added off the beat]

[Groove: low tom and shaker settle in, 88 BPM, no pitch yet]

Break: one bar of air, room tone only

[Groove returns: same figure, kick softened with felt]

[Harmony enters late: cellos, open fifth, very low in the mix]

[Texture: violas join under the fifth, bowed without vibrato, no crescendo]

[Shadow: highs filtered away, cymbals gone, the timbre cools]

[Shadow: muted strings only, pulse continues dampened]

[Shadow: three low taps, spaced wide, no answer]

[Shadow: the three taps again, slower, still no answer]

[Shadow: bowed glass far back, held, treated as a pad]

[Light returns: highs restored gradually, one interval changed in the strings]

[Groove: original percussion figure, brighter sticks, air above it again]

[Subtraction: strings withdraw one by one, frame drum alone]

Outro: a single tap, long decay, room tone, the fifth left open
